APP应用说明
1、表盘推送：可推送多种表盘显示；
2、消息通知：手表连接APP后，打开消息推送开关，手机有消息通知时，手表会提醒（包含来电通知、短信通知、其他应用消息通知）
3、查找设备：手表与app绑定成功，手机app端点击查找手环，手机会亮屏震动；
4、闹钟提醒：APP绑定手表后进行设置，手表可进入查看；
5、其他功能：包含记步、锻炼记录、睡眠提醒、心率检测等功能；
6、固件升级：可检测手环固件版本是否为最新版本，有新版本时提示更新，可升级至最新版本。
